FAQ's

Deliveries

We provide delivery services to addresses within a 15–20 mile radius of our floral studio in Roanoke, VA. If an address falls outside this range, we reserve the right to cancel the order or charge an extended delivery fee, pending customer approval.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. While we aim to fulfill specific delivery time requests, exact time guarantees are not available.

Next-Day Delivery is complimentary and available for all orders placed before 5:00 PM the day prior.
Same-Day Delivery is offered for orders placed before 12:00 PM on the delivery date, however not guaranteed. Orders received after this time will be fulfilled the following day.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

Arrangements will be left in a safe, shaded area, weather permitting.
A delivery confirmation will be sent via text or call to the recipient.
If no safe place is available, we will contact the sender to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery attempts.

Delivery to Businesses, Hospitals, or Public Locations

Please provide all necessary delivery details, including recipient name, department, room number, and any specific building instructions. Mountain Haus Florals is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, incomplete information, or institutional delivery policies.

Incorrect or Incomplete Information

We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the sender. If a delivery must be rerouted due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Weather & Unforeseen Events

In rare cases, inclement weather or unexpected events may delay delivery. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule promptly.

Non-Delivery Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for delays or missed deliveries resulting from incorrect recipient information, lack of access, or absence of the recipient at the time of delivery. We will, however, make every reasonable effort to ensure the arrangement is safely received or rescheduled.
